| This work was peformed by Denis de Castro in the laboratory of Janusz Lipski with the support of the Auckland Medical Research Foundation. Immunohistochemistry experiments on tyrosine hydroxylase and the effects of 6-OHDA were done in collaboration with Tharushini Bowala. Studies on the hippocampus with confocal microscopy were carried out with Ji-Zhong Bai. These images may be reproduced for study or teaching purposes if kept intact and the source acknowledged. |
